"Hi I'm Sarah Stetner I'm a expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village. I am cantering right now on the horse. You see how smooth how his left lead how he did pick it up and in my last segment I just went into the canter for you. You just kind of want to sit back a little bit, you want to be sitting up with your posture and you want it to look really smooth. The reason why my voice is not like bouncing because I am bouncing a lot is because it is really smooth right here for me. You want to make it as smooth as possible. You want his head to be kind of level. I round him out which means I pick up his head and I kind of pick up with my heels and pick up his belly a little bit just so he is kind of rounded out. It is a better movement for the horse at the canter. But, the way that I'm sitting I'm kinda out back a little bit on my crouch area I guess you could say and I'm nice and relax as well. You want your horse to go about this speed. This is the quarter horse speed which I am doing and you just want it to look really natural as you could tell. You want weight in your legs though. You don't want you legs loose and when my legs do go loose this is what happens and I kind of loose all contact with the horse as well. So I'm going to go ahead and pick up my pace a little bit round him out get him to that nice little gate. You want to keep current contact in your legs to get pressure and I also helps you up here if you have weights in your legs."
