Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
• Start with your feet:
o Shoulder width apart
o Toes directed at 45 degree angle
o Parallel
o Weight evenly distributed and shifting slightly between feet
o Knees bent and absorbing your bounce or energy flow through your legs
Step2
• Upper body
o Hands up in guard position (natural startle reaction)
o Palms forward
o Elbow in
o Dominant hand back
o Head & chin tucked
Step3
• Eyes on attacker
o MOST IMPORTANT POINT!
o Never 'turtle' away from the attack!
