"So, as a defender what you want to always be sure of is that your on your toes and your ready to react. So if you?re dribbling, one of your goals is to keep the defender on his heels. To off balance the defender. Now, one way to do this is by changing direction, cutting. Now, cutting the ball just means that. You cut it, you cut it, cut, cut. It?s a quick change of direction that?s used to get the defense off balance. So, right now I'm just going to do a series of changing directions. I'm not even going to pass him. You can go at them and then bring it back. You can bring them towards you and then you can go around them from going forward. Bring them to the left and quickly go to the right. Its three hundred and sixty degrees from where you can take them and pull them back and forth."
