"So, before I talked about receiving the ball and posting up and controlling the ball at your feet, giving options and time for your attackers. And, then I talked about receiving the ball and pushing it out into space so you can turn and have more vision of the field. Now, the third and most popular purpose of dribbling is to get past one man and going towards the goal. Just past your opponent. And, so basically its all about momentum and off balancing your defender. What I just did was a basic move, the defender comes at me, I hit it one way and quickly hit it the other way with my other foot."
