Ok so now what we're going to talk about is a little bit more advanced. It's using the outside of your foot. And this is basically good for controlling the ball when it comes to you, and moving it into a space that someone might not expect you to move it into. And you can basically practice by putting it right there on your side. And so the motion of your leg is like this. If you've ever hacky-sacked before then it's very similar; it's basically the same thing. But you bring your leg up here like this, and you want to make a flat surface right here where your foot is, where the ball hits. And you want to lock your ankle just like on the other foot, and so you're working your leg, just for a second. It's just more fluid. This one is a lot harder with the opposite foot, but everything is important.
