Hello again. So we're talking about juggling, and we're talking about control. Right now I want to talk about using the shoelaces of your shoe, in that area of your foot. Now this is where the ball fits perfectly on your foot. So you can hold it there, and it wants to stay if you have a steady foot. And it's very comfortable for me to stand like this because everything is straight. So what you want to do there is you want to just hinge at your knee and keep your foot steady and parallel to the ground when it hits the ball, so that you're just popping it up lightly, and you'll notice that the ball pops off your foot if you hit it correctly. You'll feel the solid hit coming from the middle of your foot. You want to keep your ankles locked when you make contact with the ball, and you'll see it just pop right up. And then just keep practicing, because that's all juggling is. Practice and practice. Just keep popping it up, and it will go somewhere else, and you pick it up and then keep popping it up and then the other foot. Keep popping it up to yourself, and pretty soon you'll be able to walk around. So now we're going to move on to a little more advance part of your foot, the outside of your foot.
