"Now we're going to do the stretch called the lunge. What that is going to do for you is it's going to stretch out your hip flexers which is connecting to your quads and that is where most of the tension you'll find. It's also going to stretch the gluts on the other side so hit flexer on one side and the gluts on the other side. (stretching) If there are certain points that you need to feel that you need to stretch more, you can lean into them more like right now I'm leaning into my hip flexer more and pushing it down. Now I'm more focused on my left glut and it's coming down here to my hamstrings. Always switch, always give plenty of time for the stretch you can't never stretch enough."
