"So here is a little bit more about shooting. We talked about aiming, we talked about pointing the toe and then coming in with the toe and coming in where you want the shot. Now what I didn't talk about is the technique of the whole mechanics of the body. You can come and the other foot is going to come up so you're just going to be jumping so it's like plant, swing, jump. You want to keep your toes pointed down as much as possible so you can get the shoe laces into the ball into the center of your foot, in the center of the ball and that is where the power comes from.
