"So I just showed you a power shot and now I'm going to show you the difference between a power shot and a finesse shot. A finesse shot is basically a controlled shot. It's more like a pass; your passing it into the side of the goal. Because you don't need power, all you need to do is aim it to the right spot so just basically just think of that as passing the ball into the goal. You're going to use the inside of your foot as always but sometimes you're going to want to lift it up and sometimes you want to keep it on the ground. That all depends on where you hit it on the ball. If you hit it on the bottom of the ball it's going to go up. If you hit it over the middle of the ball, it's going to stay on the ground. If you hit it on top of the ball, it's just going to bounce up into your foot and it's no good. So I'm going to show you a finesse shot. (showing) It's basically like a really fast pass into the back of the goal using the inside of your foot. The more you practice your passing technique and the kicking technique using the inside of your foot the stronger you'll be able to hit the finesse shots the faster you'll be able to hit them and better aiming."
