"Now we're going to talk about is stretching your calves. Your calves are very built up cause every step you take you're working your calves, every jump you take you're working your calves. So basically the easiest way to stretch your calves is to get down on the ground and try to put your heels to the ground and put pressure on the bottom of your foot that is on the ground. By bending your knees, it stretches different parts of your calf and switch. Another thing I like to do with my calves is if you have a step you can stand on the side of the step with the ball of your foot on the edge and just sink down into your calf muscle."
