Soccer is the most popular sport in the world. Known as football in most countries of the world, soccer is a team sport consisting of two teams of eleven players each, one of which must be the goalie. The game has been played for centuries and can be dated back as far as 2nd and 3rd century B.C. China. In typical game play, players attempt to create goalscoring opportunities through individual control of the ball, such as by dribbling, passing the ball to a team-mate, and by taking shots at the goal, which is guarded by the opposing goalkeeper.

"Now what I want to talk about is conditioning. Now basically with conditioning is you have to be able to run seven miles each game, it's about how much a person runs in each game. So what I like to do is just play and play and play as much as I as can cause I don't like to go out and just run seven miles. I like to get my friends out here and just play as much as we can as much during the time during the week. If you don't have anybody, grab the ball and just run around the park with the ball just to feel the ball, get touches on the ball. Cause it's all about your muscle memory and just run and run with it until you can't run anymore do that everyday a few times a week and you'll see a huge difference in the way that you'll be able to maintain your energy. Another good way to work our your legs is by biking a lot and running up and down hills is really good for like power and explosive energy. Basically just repeat repeat keep playing and keep running."
