"I talked about dribbling using the shoe laces, outside of the foot and the inside of the foot. Now what I want to talk about is the technique that I call a roll over. Basically what you're doing is you're using the bottom of your shoes (soles of shoes) and you're just rolling over the ball. You're not touching it hard, you're not hitting it in the middle you are just rolling it over. This is very good if your trying to control the ball in a little space and you're not trying to roll around cause you can just pivot and turn the ball. It teaches you to touch the ball every other time the more touches you can get on the ball when striding, the stride the better the more control you have. All these drills when you practice doing it backwards, roll it forwards, side to side with left foot then you can put them all together and you can go in a circle. In the game you'll find that this will get you out of really tight spaces and open you up to a space that you can start to push forward in."
