"What I like to show you now is what I like to think about is the circle drill and basically you're just dribbling around in a circle trying to keep the ball as close to you as possible as controlled as possible. You want to alternate feet; we'll use both sides of the feet, that is the inside and outside. Here is how it works. Outside of the foot just go in a circle start out slowly and get faster you want to get comfortable with the ball. Now with the inside of the foot. You want to feel the ball in the middle of your foot in between your ball and your heel, remember to alternate feet. Try to put as many touches on the ball as you can and that way your stride will be natural when you're touching the ball to make turns and making cuts, that's important to a game when you don't have that much space and so little time."
