"Hi! My name is Rick Van Hoorn and I am here to talk to you about mountain biking for Expert Village. This is the wheel of course, the tires on the wheel. Back here another hydraulic disc brake, water bottle cages, this is the top tube, this is the diagonal tube or the down tube, this is the seat tube here, chain stay here and the seat stay. Talk about the drive train a little bit. This is called your crank. Right here this is the crank arm. These are your chain rings. These 3 rings that holds the chain. Of course, we have the chain, the cassette back here has a bunch of speeds on it. There are 9 speeds back there. Nine little cassettes changing the gears is done by the derailleur. Also, we have a rear shock because this is a full suspension mountain bike. This is the seat post. Quick releases on my seat post as well as my 2 wheels. This is the handle bar stem here and the way you tighten these forks into the bike is by tightening down this bolt here. It just kind of clamps the forks into the frame here. This is called the head tube on the frame. "
