Video Transcript

" The very last exercise I’m going to demonstrate to you today is called an A-step, very similar to an over the top. The only difference is you’re going to step to the end of the step. You’re going to start at one end. Think about the capital letter A. Since I’m on the right side, I’m going to step up all the way to the end of my bench. Coming all the way to complete standing, both feet are on the platform, step down with my right, feet come together, that is an A-step. This is the top of the A and this is the bottom line of the A. Heel toes on the step, toe heel on the floor. All the way up and step back. Since you’re taking a larger steps, this is going to gradually increase your heart rate just a little bit faster than if your feet were closer together. Hop up, make sure you stand up tall. Up, up up, come down, perfect. You can watch your step if you need to, making sure your feet makes contact with that platform. Perfect, good job. "
