" The next exercise I’m going to demonstrate is called an L-step. It gets a little difficult here. So you have already learned how to do the repeated knee, three two and one. The same counts apply to the L-step. The only difference is when you step upon the bench, if you are going to the left corner, your right foot steps up, that heel, toe, and knee face forward. You’re going to bring your left knee up and you’re going to step down to the side. Bring your right knee up, back on that bench, left knee up, step back, and you’re done. Other corner, foot faces forward, right knee up on the right corner, step off to the side, left knee up, left foot back in the bench, right knee up, step down prepare to go to the other side. Alternate left knee, side, right knee, step, left knee, down to the floor and switch. Right knee, down, and left knee, perfect. This is an L step. Lets pick up that pace, very good, step back. Make sure the entire foot makes contact with the floor and the bench. Up and off and up, good job. Make sure that leg fully extends on that step. Up and off, perfect. "

on 8/2/2008 This video series is great. However, the clip labeled alternating knees seems to again demonstrate the over the top exercise and not the alternating knee. I would love to see the alternating knee clip. Also is there a way to load this series so that I can practice all clips together? Thanks, Pearline
