"The final exercise I am going to demonstrate for you is called a tricep dip. If you are in your home you can find a chair or a table, a short table or a couch even to do these on. If you can’t find that, you can always do them on the floor. Placing your hands on the bench, straight arms, shoulder away from your ears, sliding your glutes away from the piece of equipment that you are on, slight bend in your knees, abs are tight, elbows are going to point back away from your body not out to the side. You are going to inhale as you come down, exhale as you press. Make sure that you are not pushing with your feet. Very important to be light on your feet. Inhale as you lower, exhale as you lift. Straight down inhale. Make sure you get a 90 degree bend in the elbows and exhale. "
