"The next exercise I’m going to demonstrate is called a nose breaker, or a line tricep extension. You’re going to come flat on your back. Bring the bar up toward your chest. You can keep your feet flat on the floor or you can bring them up on the bench. You’re going to extend your arms over your head and bring them as close as possible so that shoulder, elbow, and wrist are in one line. Same motion, you’re going to bend your elbows 90 degrees back over your head and exhale extend. Keeping your abs really tight, neutral alignment in your spine and exhale press. Inhale and exhale, very good, and exhale. Arms are the only thing moving. Keep the elbows over the shoulders. When you bend, bring the wrist in line with the elbow, and exhale. "
