    Its nice that you try to teach the proper way to do a military push-up but only if you can do them the way you explained just shows and expert doesnt know everything. If you watch the video she not one time made the 90 degree angle at the elbows next i see the ghetto booty but still the body is spose to make a general streight line. I didn't see that. Oh by the way 5 years in the army makes me a subject matter expert.

    I just wanted to say, you're videos are pretty good. I found you by googling how to do a burpee and found out a bunch of other interesting things. But, and I'm not dogging this video in any way, from experience in the military, your push-up is not exactly right. You are correct in putting arms at 90 degree angles, but from your head to your feet needs to be perfectly straight. In your video, you have your butt in the air, you need to lower it, for military style. Once again, not trying to be mean, just saying you need to be straight (I learned the hard way, haha, try doing a push up in the military with your butt in the air and your instructor will not make it pleasant!)
