"The next exercise I am going to demonstrate for you is a power jumping jack. The only difference between this and the regular jumping jack is when you come out you are going to bring your body all the way down to a complete squat and jump back in the center. Your arms are not going to come straight over your head. Your arms are going to open and close. Both arms are going to be at a 90 degree angle. When you come out they open and when you come in they close. Out and close. Now I will demonstrate a couple for you. Make sure your abs are tight. Again, pushing through your heels and toes, landing all the way heel toe and then push up through your heels each time. Sometimes you do this for time. Sometimes you do it for repetitions. You are not going to stop until you are completely done. Abs are tight, closing the arms out, come down. Make sure you close those arms together. "
