"The next exercise I’m going to demonstrate is a dumbbell tricep extension. You can use one or two dumbbells. You’re going to grab a hold, extending the arms over your head, navel in toward your spine. You’re going to bend you elbows, pointing your elbows forward, so you don’t want them out to the side; you want to make sure your elbows are facing forward. If you’re using two, you’re going to exhale and press straight up, holding on to the bar of the weight. Inhale as you lower, exhale as you lift. Good. Making sure you don’t over arch your back. Exhale, inhale, and exhale. If you’re going to use one, you want to make sure that your palms are flat on top of the weight and then press so that you ensure that you’re working both arms and not just overworking one of the arms. Bending your elbows, placing your elbow so that they face forward, and exhale extend. And inhale, exhale, and inhale, very good. "
