"The next exercise I’m going to demonstrate is bench dip. If you have wrist problems, many arthritis or pain in your wrist, you may not want to try this exercise. Otherwise, place your feet flat on the floor. Hands are going to come off of the front of the bench and then you’re going to slide your buttocks off of the bench, walking your feet out, with your knees at a 90 degree bend, pull your navel to your spine, shoulders ways from your ears. Try not to sink into your shoulders, really, really bad for your joints. You’re going to bend your elbows, exhale and press. Good. Inhale as you lower, dropping those buttocks toward the floor and exhale as you lift. Inhale and exhale. Remember, when you bend your elbows, try not to sink into you shoulders. Keep your abs tight and let the triceps do all the work. Inhale and exhale. Inhale. "
