"The next exercise that I am going to demonstrate for you is called the crab walk. It is similar to duck walk except that you are moving sideways. This focuses a lot on the outer thigh and the glutes. Same concept - you are going to come in a complete squatting position. I’ll take 8 steps down, 8 steps back. You are not going to come to a complete standing position until you are completely down with your set. So here we go. Feet away, hip with the shoulder width, abs tight, navel to spine, hands come out in front of you. Take a seat in your chair and you are going to start moving to the side staying in a squatting position 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and let’s go back. 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 and you are going to come up to standing at the end of your set and then start again whenever you are ready.
