on 8/29/2009 You gotta be lower to have a decent duck walk, and it's a bit harder if you put your hands behind your back, cuz you have to balance as well. Not a perfect tutorial.3 stars :/

Video Transcript

"The next exercise that I am going to demonstrate for you is called the duck walk. Basically what that is your body is going to be in a squatting position and you are going to stay there and walk forward and walk back. Some times you will walk forward for 10, back for 10, forward for 15 seconds, back for 15 seconds. You can do this however you choose to do them but you never come to a complete standing position until you are done with your repetitions. So here we go. We are going to go ahead and go into a squatting position, make your abs tight. I’m going to walk 7 steps forward and then 7 steps back. Just for a demonstration for you. You are going to be coming into a perfect squat position, hips back, stay seated and you are going to walk forward for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. I’ll do 8 to even it out and press back. Eight, 7, 6, 5, 4,3,2 and1. Once you are done with your step, come to a complete standing position and you do it again. "
