"The next exercise I’m going to demonstrate is one last standing tricep extension. If you want to use the cable but you need a little bit of support, you can do tricep extensions with your back against the pad. You’re going to go ahead and stand back against the pad. Your feet are going to come slightly from under you so that it appears that you’re leaning against the pad. Pull your navel in to avoid your spine so that you can press closure to the pad to support your lower back. Grab a hold of the ropes as close to bottom as possible. Keeping your elbows pinned into your side, you’re going to exhale and press straight down opening up that rope and inhale bending. Keeping the elbow pinned into the side the whole time, exhale as you lower, and inhale as you lift. Now you’re able to do a cable exercise with lower back support, just in case you need to work on that strength of balance, you still do these. Inhale, good, exhale, inhale, and exhale. "
