"The next exercise that I am going to demonstrate is a lunge. We call these walking lunges because you are actually going to move your body forward. If you are in a small space, that’s fine. Do as many as you can in one direction and then turn around and do them on the way back. If the space is too small for you to move, then I will show you an option. If your space is too small for you to move, you are going to take one foot in front of you, place that heel on the ground, lunge straight down knees over ankles, push through your heel, exhale and step back and switch to the other side. Take a face step forward, knee over ankle, straight down, exhale press up through your heel and step back. If your space is big enough for you to walk, you are going to continue going forward. Step in front, abs tight, inhale, push through your heel and exhale and step through. Straight down, exhale as you press up and step through. Inhale on the way down, exhale on the way up and step through. Very good. "
