"The next exercise we’re going to do is a standing tricep press using the cable machine. You’re going to make sure or something similar on the machine before you start; you’re going to grab a hold as close to the bottom as possible and step away from the machine far enough so you feel the resistance as you’re standing. Your navel is going to come to your spine. Standing up nice and tall, slightly bend your knees. You’re going to bring your elbow by your side, keeping your abs as tight as possible, and you’re going to exhale as press straight down extending those elbow all the way. Perfect. Exhale and inhale. You’re going to extend your elbow but you don’t want to lock them out. There’s a way to extend with a soft bend in your elbow without locking them out. Good. Keep your abs tight. "
