"The next exercise I’m going to demonstrate for you is a tricep dip using the machine; it’s standing tricep dip. I’m going to go ahead and come up the stairs. Place your feet on the bar, grab a hold of the handles making sure that your elbows, wrists and shoulders are on one line, come all the way to standing. Your elbows are pointing behind your body, loose grip on the handlebars, navel to spine, standing up tall, and inhale as you bend your elbows. 90 degrees. Exhale as you press. Good. Inhale coming down. 90 degree bending your elbows and exhale as you extend. Inhale and exhale. Good. Very slow. Perfect. And exhale. You should start to feel the tricep muscles beginning to burn, but you want to push past that at least 2 or 3 more repetitions. "
