" The next exercise I am going to demonstrate for you is called a chest press. We are going to use a barbell to do the chest press. You are going to lie flat on your back, either keeping your feet on the floor or placing your feet on the bench. If you have lower back problems, it is probably better to put your feet on the bench. Go ahead and lie flat and you are going to bring that bar right on to your chest, keeping your neck elongated, your head, neck and back in one line, loose grip on the bar you are going to exhale and press straight up over your head and inhale as you lower. Elbows coming out to the side. Exhale press 90 degree bend and make sure that you do not drop your elbows past your shoulders, inhale and exhale, very good. Abs are really tight and exhale, perfect. Exhale as you press. This works your triceps and your chest, inhale and exhale, very good."
