" The next exercise I am going to demonstrate is called a clean and press. We are going to do this with a barbell. This exercise works your biceps and your shoulders at the same time. Go ahead and grab your barbell and you are going to bring your hands at least shoulder width apart. Abs are tight, again lots of balance is required for this exercise. So be very careful when you are doing it. Your navel is going to come to your spine, your arms are the only thing moving and you are going to crawl the bar up right under your chin and exhale as you press over your head, good, inhale and back to starting position, good. Again inhale, exhale and inhale as you lower. A loose grip on the bar, crawling up through your biceps, pressing over your head for your shoulders, inhale and exhale, very good. There are multiple things going on during this exercise. Be very careful, make sure that your navel is always pulled close to your spine to keep your abs tight and to keep your body stable, perfect."
