" The next exercise I am going to demonstrate is called a reverse fly. This exercise works the shoulders and the muscles of the back. Go ahead and grab your dumbbells and again slightly bend your knees, feet at least hip width apart, drop your chest forward, abs are tight and lot more balance is required for this one as opposed to the previous exercise. Slightly bending your elbows from the shoulder joints, you are going to exhale as you lift those arms out to the sides squeezing and comeback center. You are going to squeeze your shoulder blades together as you are doing this exercise as well, exhale and inhale. You do not want to bring your arms higher than your shoulders. So everything is one line. Check out your form, good, exhale and inhale, perfect, very good and exhale lift."
