Video Transcript

" The next exercise I am going to demonstrate for you is called a dumbbell row. Go ahead and grab your dumbbells. This exercise is going to work your back. Feet are going to come at least hip width apart, slightly bend your knees, dropping your chest forward, checking yourself on in the mirror, making sure that your abs are tight and your back is flat. Palms are facing inside and you are going to keep the elbows posing close to your side, exhale as you lift, squeezing your shoulder blades together and inhale as you lower, good exhale lift and inhale lower and check your form out, exhale squeeze, good, inhale lower. Keep your head, neck and back in one line as you are performing the exercise, remember balance is very important when you are doing free weights. So make sure that your form is correct, perfect, good."
