" The next exercise I am going to demonstrate is a dumbbell triceps extension. You can use one or two dumbbells. You are going to grab a hold extending the arms over your head, enabling towards your spine and you are going to bend your elbows pointing your elbows forward so you do not want them out to the side. You want to make sure your elbows are facing forward. If you are using two, you are going to exhale and press straight up holding on to the bar of the weight, inhale as you lower and exhale as you lift, good. Making sure you do not over-arch your back, exhale, inhale and exhale. If you are going to use one, you want to make sure that your palms are flat on top of the weight and then press so that you ensure that you are working with both arms and not just working one of the arms, bending your elbows, placing your elbows they face forward and exhale as you stand and inhale. Exhale and inhale, very good."
