" The next exercise I’m going to demonstrate with you is also going to be with the barbell, that is a barbell variety curl. You are going to go ahead and turn the bar facing forward your palms are going to face center. The difference between this and a basic biceps curl is that you are going to do only half motions. So starting from the center you are going to exhale, curl all the way up inhale half way down and exhale, curl all the way up inhale half way down exhale, inhale. Make sure you bring those arms 90 degrees, it is a little bit more challenging than bringing your arm to full extension, inhale and exhale good, extend all the way down. Now you are going to lift halfway up and all the way back down, exhale as you curl stop in the middle, inhale as you lower, inhale. This works the biceps in different directions, very good, exhale and inhale. "
