" The next exercise I’m going to demonstrate is a free weight preacher curl. You want to adjust the seats a little high enough again so that your chest is against the pad, arms are going to come down here on the pad, triceps on the pad, arms extended. You may need to stand up to grab a hold of the bar and then take a seat once you have gotten it. So go ahead and turn your palms forward, grab a hold of the bar, take a seat. Feet are flat on the floor and once you are ready you are going to exhale as you curl adjusting your hands so that your wrist and your elbows are in one line and inhale as you lower, exhale as you lift. It is very important to keep your abs tight the whole time, inhale and exhale, keeping a very loose grip on the bar, inhale and exhale, good, perfect. Keep your head, neck and back in one line, keep your shoulders down away from your ears inhale lower and exhale lift. "
