" The next exercise I’m going to demonstrate for you is the plate loaded arm curl. You are first going to adjust the seat to what is comfortable for you sitting up nice and tall with your abs pulled in toward your spine. You are going to reach down grab a hold of the handlebars and your palms are going to face forward, arms against the pad, resting your body against the pad planting your feet firmly on the floor you are going to exhale as you curl all the way up and inhale as you lower. Good… exhale and inhale. Another option again is to turn your palms inside and exhale, go straight up and inhale lower exhale and inhale. This is an isolated machine so you can do one arm at a time exhale and inhale very good. "
