"The next exercise I’m going to perform is called lateral raises. You can do this sitting or standing and I will demonstrate both for you. First we’re going to demonstrate them sitting. Arms by your side with or without weights and you’re going to exhale as you look straight out to the side, straight arms or slightly bent elbows. Whatever is good for you. Exhale as you lift, inhale and lower. Try to keep your body still, the only thing that you want to move are your arms. Exhale and inhale. Very good. If you feel that you have a little bit more balance, go ahead and test yourself. Come up to standing. Hips-knees and toes are still facing forward, abs are still tight, and exhale lift – inhale lower. Very good. Exhale lift – inhale lower. Again you can do this with or without weights, straight arms or slightly bent elbows. Exhale lift – inhale lower. Good. Exhale and inhale. "
