You are going to grab the bar down the floor and you are going to step far enough away from the machine so that you can get complete and full range of motion without being pulled by the cable. Your feet are going to come hip width apart supporting yourself, weight on your heels, abs are tight, elbows are going to stay pinned to your side and you are going to exhale as you curl and inhale as you lower, remember to completely extend your arms without locking your elbows, loose grip on the handlebars and exhale and inhale, exhale and inhale, exhale lift and inhale lower, very good exhale and inhale perfect. Squeezing those arms all the way up to the chest and inhale as you lower perfect."
