Video Transcript

" The next exercise I am going to demonstrate for you is called a Bisolator. You are going to first adjust the seat pad so that it is appropriate for you and your arms or even with the pads that your triceps are going to be pressed against. Once you have gotten that adjusted, you want to make sure that your weight is adjusted properly for you. Your back is going to come against the pad, grabbing a hold of the handlebars, making sure that you have a loose grip on the bar abs are tight and exhale as you lift, going all the way up, inhale lower extending your arms without locking your elbows and exhale as you lift. Inhale and exhale, relax your body against the pad. This is an isolation machine. So you can do one arm at a time. Exhale, exhale so pick your option you can do one at a time or you can do both on to the same time. Exhale as you lift, inhale as you lower. Exhale and inhale. "
