" The first exercise I’m going to demonstrate for you is the preacher curl using the Nautilus Machine. So you first want to make sure that your seat is adjusted properly for you. You may adjust it by lifting the lever up or down. The back pad is already adjusted. Once you have gotten that, adjust your weight and take a seat on the inside of the pad. Your back is going to come against the pad, abs are tight. You are going to make sure that your seat is high enough so that you can reach down and grab a hold of the bar. So go ahead and grab a hold and that you curl up keeping your chest against the front pad and exhale as you lift inhale as you lower, exhale lift and inhale lower. Very good. Make sure when you extend your arms doing a biceps curl you do not lock your elbows. You do want to extend all the way but you do not want to lock your elbows, inhale and exhale, very good and exhale, inhale. "
