"The next exercise I am going to demonstrate for you is called a leg pull down. You are going to bring your body into push up position which is also called a plank so go ahead and come over. So ahead and spread your fingers across the mat and press your hands down into the floor, extending your right leg, extending your left leg and holding your body in plank position. Make sure that your head, neck and back are in line and make sure that your abdominals are engaged and your glutes are not lifted. Every muscle in your body is working during this exercise. Go ahead and extend and hold. Right limb goes up and lower. Left leg and lower. Exhale, lift and lower. Perfect! Two more; drop your knees, hands down to your heels. It is very important to make sure that your body doesn’t twist when you are doing this exercise; only moving your leg up and down. "
