"The next exercise I am going to demonstrate to you is called the teaser. Go ahead and lie flat on your back and I am going to explain to you what I am going to do. Your arms are going to extend over your head and your legs are going to extend out in front of you; navel to spine. What you are going to do the ending position is going to be here balancing on your sit bones. From this position, you are going to come up keeping your arms straight, keeping your legs straighten, using your abdominals, rounding your spine, exhale. Reach very slowly. Inhale; come down again rounding forward, shoulders off the mat, exhale, reach and inhale, very slow and very controlled. If you need to slightly bend your knees, feel free to do so. "
