"The next exercise I am going to demonstrate for you is called a leg pull up. Go ahead and have a sit on your map with your legs extended out in front of you sitting up straight, lengthening through your spine. Your hands are doing to come behind your body, right under your shoulders. Finger tips are going to face inside. This is called a reverse plank. Your navel is going to come to your spine, toe are going to be pointed attempting to get those toes to touch the floor. Go ahead and look straight ahead and navel to spine. Lengthen and inhale, exhale as you lift, head and neck back in one line or you can lower that head and your right leg is going to come up and switch to the left leg. Lift, leg lower. Good job! Lift and lower. Abs tight, lif6t and lower, two more and one more and lower those hips to the floor, reach out in front of you and stretch the hamstrings. "
