"The next exercise I am going to do is called a shoulder bridge. Go ahead and lay flat on your mat. Knees bent on the floor and it’s called a shoulder bridge because all of the weight is going to come on your shoulders. Your hands are going to come down by your side, navel to your spine. Your feet are going to be with a part and make sure that your knees and ankles are in line with one another. Whenever you are ready exhale as you lift pushing those boots off on the floor, pressure is on your shoulders. Go ahead and pull shoulder blades together. Navel to spine. If this is challenging enough, you stay here. Otherwise, for more of a challenge extend that right leg over to the ceiling pointing your toe, lower even with your knee and lift. Exhale and inhale, exhale and in hale, exhale and inhale and bend that knee. Switch to the opposite leg. Extend, straight leg, lower and inhale. Good! Lower, keep those hips lifted abs are tight. Perfect and bend your knee slowly roaming down one vertebra at a time and dropping those back onto the floor. "
