" The final exercise I’m going to demonstrate for you are push ups. You don’t need any type of weights for this, just your own body weight. I’ll demonstrate them 2 ways. First way, will be military push ups, with your toes on the floor. If that’s too difficult for you, the second way will be modified, with your knees on the floor. You can go ahead and come in to push up position. Navel to spine. Make sure that your back is flat. You only need to come and bring your arms at a 90 degree angle. You don’t have to bring your chest all the way to the floor. Go ahead and get ready. Hands are at least shoulder width apart. Toes on the floor. Abs tight. Inhale as you lower. Exhale as you press. Inhale lower. Exhale press. Inhale lower. Exhale press. If that’s too difficult for you, modify push ups. Your knees are going to come to the floor. Make sure your gluts are low. So your abs are going to be tight, and back is going to be flat. You’re going to come to a diagonal angle. Feet are going to come off the floor. Head, neck and back in one line. Inhale as you lower. Exhale as you press. Inhale and exhale. Very good. Inhale and exhale. "
