" The next exercise I’m going to demonstrate is a free weight incline press. I’m going to go ahead and have a seat on pad. Your head is going to come up at an angle. This way you’re working against gravity a little bit more than if you are doing the flat bench press, so pace yourself. If this is too difficult for you go ahead back to the flat bench press or even the decline bench press. Make sure, when you bring this bar down you’re bringing it down towards your chest and you’re pressing up at an angle, not straight over your head. Go ahead and come down, watch your head. Feet pressed firmly on the floor. Navel to spine. Hands even on each side. You’re going to lift that bar up and away from the machine, down to your chest, inhale, exhale. Inhale lower, down to your chest and exhale. Try not to bring your elbows too far past your shoulders. You don’t want to hyperextend your shoulders. Inhale and exhale. Good. Inhale and exhale. Perfect. "
