" The first exercise I’m going to demonstrate for you today is the chest press using the machine. Before you start, you want to make sure that the weight is adjusted to what is comfortable for you. Then you want to adjust the seat so that your shoulder joints are even with the bars that you’re going to hold onto. So take a seat, take a look, and they’re even. Your navel is going to come to your spine pressing your body up against the pad and grabbing a hold of the bars. Loose grip on the bar. Abs are tight and you’re going to exhale. Push straight away from your body. Inhale lower. Bring in those elbows even with your shoulders and exhale as you press. Inhale lower and exhale press. For more of a challenge if you like, with this machine you can extend, squeeze, open, and lower. Good. Exhale press, close in. Open and lower. If that’s too challenging for you just press straight out in front. Exhale press. "
