"The next exercise I’m going to demonstrate for you is done on a Cybex machine and it’s called a row. You first want to make sure that the seat pad is adjusted properly for you. The chest pad is also adjustable, so you pull the knob up and pull out or in to whatever is appropriate for you, adjusting the weight. Go ahead and take a seat facing forward. You first want to get your feet adjusted properly. You can place them on the floor or you can place them on the bars directly in front of you, whatever works best for you. You want to sit up straight, lengthening through your spine, bringing your chest all the way again to the pad, and you’re going to grab a hold in the same place on both sides. Loose grab on the handlebars, arms coming close to your side, exhale and you pull together and inhale as you release. Straightening the arms without locking the elbows, exhale and inhale, exhale, keep your shoulders down away from your ears and exhale, inhale, very good, exhale. "
