"The next exercise I’m going to perform is called a criss cross. Lie on your mat, back is flat on the mat. Again your hands are going to come behind your head just to support your neck, try not to pull on the neck as your doing this exercise. Both knees are going to come up off of the floor, and go ahead and lift your head – navel to spine, shoulder blades rounded forward. And you’re going to inhale as you extend, exhale lift the shoulder blades come off the mat and over toward the knee. Inhale and exhale. Inhale center and exhale twist. Inhale center and exhale twist. This exercise works all the muscles in your abdominals. Exhale as you extend, inhale as you come in. Very important – make sure you don’t turn your elbow into your knee this way, keep it out and shoulder blade comes up. And inhale. Exhale – shoulder blade comes up. "
