"The next exercise we’re going to do is called a cork screw. Go ahead and lie flat on your back, hands are going to come by your side, again if you have lower back problems, please place your hands triangular shaped underneath your lower back and then start the exercise. Extending both legs up to the ceiling, pointing your toes, navel to spine, you’re going to inhale keeping the legs connected, strengthening the inner thigh and exhale as you draw the circle and come back up through the center. Keep your navel pulled in to your spine. Inhale and exhale. Very important to keep your legs together. Inhale and exhale. The larger the circle, the more difficult the exercise, so listen to your body and make sure your back does not arch as you’re drawing the circles. Inhale and exhale. Inhale and Exhale. Option number 2; you can do this with the fitness circle for more of a challenge. Grab a hold of the ring by the black pads, extend the legs up to the ceiling and place the ring between your ankles and your knees, toes are still pointed and squeeze the ring. Again working your inner thigh, navel to spine, inhale and exhale. Come center, inhale and exhale. Very good. "
